Location, walking distance from the beach, in front of cvs and walgreens the room was comfortable, the gym, pool and jacuzzi were nice.

The location was perfect, Condado area is very nice with a lot of options for dining and partying. The hotel has free sunbeds and umbrellas for its guests on the beach which is great, and you also get a towel from the hotel. Beach is within walking distance from the hotel and it`s really nice, though a bit windy and with waves. Rooms are nice and clean, spacious with a lot of amenities included. The room had a partial ocean view which was nice.

The staff is great and so the facilities. All the facilities we used were really clean. The breakfast buffet was great, as part of it you can get an omelet however you want. They have lactose free and gluten free options and a coffee bar that was actually nice. They overbooked and upgraded us to the penthouse which was really nice and the view was outstanding. It had a small kitchen with microwave, stove, refrigerator, ice maker machine and other things. The bathroom area was great. The vanity and closet are outsife the bathroom so you can get ready without waiting for people to be done. The shower was big, with great water pressure and you can use both a normal shower and a handheald one. The room had 2 big TVs right in front of the sofa and the bed. You can hide the one infront of the bed. The room had many storage space and seating areas. Perfect for a family or a couple. The parking area is accessible and has a lot of space.

Location was great, breakfast was okay, room ended up having a full ocean view, which was spectacular, loved proximity of Walgreens and CVS, easy to walk or Uber everywhere. Good beach access. Pool and hot tub were awesome. Employees were very friendly and helpful. Maintenance was very responsive when we needed them.

Front desk staff was exceptional and prime location. Not far from Old San juan, la Placita an other locations. Beach one block away. Walgreen and CVS right across the street and all restaurants and shops around the block from the hotel. Two casino's in either direction 3 blocks from hotel.

I've stayed at this hotel a few times and it's a hit and miss I must say. One of the two buildings has very old rooms that aren't esthetically pleasing, but the other has stunning, newer rooms and an overall elegant esthetic. The rooms are all quite spacious. I love the pool area and the staff is quite friendly. Breakfast is also really good, filling. The best part is obviously the location, great restaurant downstairs and many others as soon as you walk out. It's right across from a CVS/Walgreens, and a block away from the beach. Definitely a go to hotel for me in San Juan.

Location to the Beach and proximity to great restaurants and the casinos for an easy night out. CVS and Walgreens are close and a definite plus. Taxi's into Old San Juan were $15 or $20 USD (depending on vehicle size) and waited at the front of the hotel - very reasonable. If booking an excursion, the Marriott across the street was on the excursion listing for pick up hotels - very convenient as well. The rooms are basic and cleaned daily - the beds were comfortable. The courtyard is comfy with the pool and large hot tub and kept clean. Staff are very friendly and accommodating.

I really enjoy my stay here the room is for great nice and clean spacious. We had a great ocean view from the eighth floor. This location of the hotel is close to CVS pharmacy, Walgreens restaurants shops and other hotels. The staff it was very friendly and helpful. There is a breakfast buffet for about $16 a person. However, there is also a local restaurant that serves reasonable breakfast deals. This experience was great. I would definitely be back in the future. We also did some excursions and activities on this trip, which made it even better. This location is located in the heart of San Juan.

it was in walking distance of everything. the hotel had a nice pool area, great breakfast, very close to the beach. with the hotel we got free chair rentals and an umbrella every day. nice bar downstairs, gym, coffee shop, helpful staff.
