Great location, ac works well, comfortable beds

This is a great location. The beach is a short block away. Restaurants are a short walk away. The Condado Palm Inn San Juan, Tapestry Collection by Hilton has a pool with towels, hot tub, washing machines, and fitness center. A Walgreens and another convenience store, Caridad, are literally across the street. ITs an good location for singles, couples, or families. This is my third stay in 4 years!

Location, walking distance from the beach, in front of cvs and walgreens the room was comfortable, the gym, pool and jacuzzi were nice.

Location was great, breakfast was okay, room ended up having a full ocean view, which was spectacular, loved proximity of Walgreens and CVS, easy to walk or Uber everywhere. Good beach access. Pool and hot tub were awesome. Employees were very friendly and helpful. Maintenance was very responsive when we needed them.

Front desk staff was exceptional and prime location. Not far from Old San juan, la Placita an other locations. Beach one block away. Walgreen and CVS right across the street and all restaurants and shops around the block from the hotel. Two casino's in either direction 3 blocks from hotel.

The staff is great and so the facilities. All the facilities we used were really clean. The breakfast buffet was great, as part of it you can get an omelet however you want. They have lactose free and gluten free options and a coffee bar that was actually nice. They overbooked and upgraded us to the penthouse which was really nice and the view was outstanding. It had a small kitchen with microwave, stove, refrigerator, ice maker machine and other things. The bathroom area was great. The vanity and closet are outsife the bathroom so you can get ready without waiting for people to be done. The shower was big, with great water pressure and you can use both a normal shower and a handheald one. The room had 2 big TVs right in front of the sofa and the bed. You can hide the one infront of the bed. The room had many storage space and seating areas. Perfect for a family or a couple. The parking area is accessible and has a lot of space.

Location to the Beach and proximity to great restaurants and the casinos for an easy night out. CVS and Walgreens are close and a definite plus. Taxi's into Old San Juan were $15 or $20 USD (depending on vehicle size) and waited at the front of the hotel - very reasonable. If booking an excursion, the Marriott across the street was on the excursion listing for pick up hotels - very convenient as well. The rooms are basic and cleaned daily - the beds were comfortable. The courtyard is comfy with the pool and large hot tub and kept clean. Staff are very friendly and accommodating.

It was clean, close to shops, pharmacies, good food and bars, steps away from the beach. The pool and jacuzzi water were clean and warm. The staff was very attentive, i ordered extra towels and they immediately came to my room and also brought coffee pods. I would definitely stay here again.

The room was clean and the location was perfect. The room didn't truly have a balcony and the view wasn't the best, but Jimmy at the front desk was very accommodating and offered to change our room and even took the time to show me the other room personally.
